We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after the passage of your order to send us an email cancellation or modification to the email: contact@kdokoolshop.com
YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER
Our average delivery times are 10 to 28 days.
If you do not receive your item within 60 days, then we will refund you in full.
YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ARTICLE BUT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
No worries ! You can return your item up to 10 days after your payment.

Here's how to do it in 3 steps:
1. Contact support at contact@kdokoolshop.com to notify that you would like to return the product.
2. Print and complete the return form
3. Send your article with the form to the address we will send you by email.
After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will refund the total amount of your purchase (product cost + delivery) in the form of a purchase order (if you wish another form of refund, thank you to specify it) .
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DAMAGED PRODUCT
It happens that your package is shaken in all directions during delivery and therefore your product is broken .... (This is extremely rare).
In this case or in the case of a design defect contact us at contact@kdokoolshop.com with the following details:
1. Your order number
2. Description of the problem (erroneous / defective item, ...)
3. A photo or video
You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount directly to you in the form of a purchase order (if you wish another form of refund, thank you to specify)
